RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We pride ourselves on ensuring that all products ordered are to your satisfaction. However, we are only able to provide refunds if the product is damaged on arrival, and therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges in any other circumstances. This does not go against your statutory rights.
On the occasion that your items arrive damaged, please contact our customer support team via email: email@example.com. Please include your order number and photo evidence of the damage so we can send a replacement to you.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot cancel any orders after this time frame.
